Property Owner Standards

Properties must be professionally cleaned and free of trash and debris, inside and outside.
HVAC systems must be in good operating condition, with a new filter installed.
All mechanical elements including appliances must be operating as designed.
Caulking in the kitchen and bathrooms shall be clean and free of mildew as well as other areas of the property.
Doors and locks must all be functioning properly.
Windows must have the ability to open, close, and lock properly in addition to window screens being in good condition.
Handrails shall be provided on not less than one side of each flight of stairs with four or more risers.
